We endeavor to deliver the products within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of order from our customer service officers.

Upon receiving of an order, our customer service officers will contact you to arrange for the delivery, all deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Fridays (except for Public Holidays) during office hours. Delivery is Free (within Singapore Mainland) for all orders above S$50.00 (USUAL: S$80.00). A delivery charge of S$12.00 per trip will be imposed for orders below $50.00 (USUAL: S$80.00). In view of social distancing measures, contactless delivery has been implemented as part of our safety protocol for our customers & delivery staff. 

You can opt to collect your orders from our office between 9am to 4.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, however please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. There is no minimum amount for orders based on self-collection. All customers are encouraged to order online as we do not allow walk-in orders.

Payment can be made by Credit Cards (Secured by Paypal for Online orders only). In view of the social distancing measures, we seek your understanding to use cashless payment to minimize contact between our staff and customers.

All prices listed in our online store are based on Singapore dollar (S$) and is inclusive of the prevailing goods and services tax (9% GST wef 1 Jan 2024). Prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

In view of the food regulations. all products sold are not returnable and exchangeable. All customers are advised to to check that all received products are in good order and condition.

At BEGA, we stand by the quality and taste of our products, if there is any problem with the products, please inform us within 3 working days on the dissatisfaction with our product. We will do what it takes to make it right for you.

We strongly recommend that all nuts and snacks to be consumed within 6 months for maximum freshness. Once the packages are opened, store the nuts and snacks in an airtight container and keep in the chiller . Otherwise, they should be stored in a cool and dry area, away from sunlight and moisture.   

Majority of our products listed contains nuts. For anyone who has a severe allergy with nuts, we would advise against the consumption of nuts and snacks purchased from BEGA, the reason being that although some of our products may not contain nuts, products are manufactured and packaged in the same production facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy and milk products.
