Native to Australia, macadamia trees are mostly grown along the eastern seaboards of New South Wales and Queensland. Macadamia nuts has a subtle, butter-like flavor and creamy texture which is a hit among nut fans from all over the world.

Macadamia nuts are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. They are the Number 1 richest nut source of healthy monounsaturated fats (81%), which is important for heart health.

Research has shown that a handful of 30g daily does not result in weight gain. Their benefits may include weight loss, improved gut health, and protection against conditions like diabetes or heart diseases.

If you hear macadamias described as a superfood, it’s because they really are one.
